Did you know that Cornwall Square will once again this year honour our veterans and their service to our country with a newly designed display set up in the east court of the mall in front of Dollarama from Tuesday November 4 until Tuesday November 11? We are currently looking for a piper for a planned tribute on Saturday November 8, between 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. in the mall. Interested pipers can contact Sylvie in the mall Administration Office between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday to Friday at (613) 938-2118 extension 320.
Did you know that the last presentation for 2025 of The Ghost Walk for Charity is this Thursday October 30? This last presentation promises to be the scariest of this year’s 10 evening events from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on the main level of the former Sears store. Some stores will be open beyond the normal 7 p.m. mall closing time, especially the food hall tenants.
Did you know that the Habitat for Humanity ReStore has relocated within Cornwall Square? Still on the upper level, the ReStore has moved to the west end of the mall between Showcase and Urban Planet. A planned November 1 new store opening was moved up to October 18.
Just a reminder that at 2 a.m. this coming Sunday, the clocks get turned back 1 hour as we go back to Eastern Standard Time. Remember to reset all those clocks and timers before going to bed. Mall maintenance finds itself having to do the same with all the timers we have at Cornwall Square.
Did you know that November will be a busy month at Cornwall Square starting with removing the Halloween décor, setting up the Remembrance Day display? And installing the Cornwall Square Festive Season décor, installing the Santa backdrop, installing the DigiPhoto “Photos with Santa” booth and welcoming Santa and Mrs. Claus November 23 at 11:30 a.m.
