A Bunch of People Arts and Events (ABOP) invites the community to a special evening of music and storytelling, featuring a reading of Stuart McLean’s cherished tale “Dave Cooks the Turkey,” December December 19 at 7 p.m. and December 20 at 2 p.m. at the Winchester United Pastoral Charge on St. Lawrence St.
This will be a “Pay What You Can” event, with all profits from ticket sales going directly to the House of Lazarus.
To reserve your spot at the Christmas show, contact ABOP at abunchofpeopleartsandevents@gmail.com or call 613-346-5064.
ABOP’s motto is: What is better than having a good time? Knowing the profits from what you enjoyed are going to help the community. That is the Art of Giving. That is A Bunch of People Arts and Events!
House of Lazarus is a non-profit organization that works with the community to ensure that people have the basics of life. The food bank and many outreach programs offer food, clothing, household goods, furniture and housing supports to those in need.
