A Mississauga train surfer is to appear in Cornwall court after taking a tour of North Glengarry August 13.
The Ontario Provincial Police charged Alexander Pinto, 23, after Stormont-Dundas-Glengarry officers arrested the man after a train stopped on the tracks between Dornie Road and County Road 30 in North Glengarry Township.
Pinto was charged with mischief and entering on land on which a line work is situated.
