The Dundas Manor Resident and Family Satisfaction Survey results are in, and the feedback is “outstanding.” This year, the facility achieved an incredible 95% overall satisfaction rate.
Residents and families highlighted what makes Dundas Manor feel like home: “Our friendly, attentive staff; the quality of care; delicious meals; a warm, welcoming atmosphere.”
There’s more: 100 per cent of residents would recommend Dundas Manor to others, 100 per cent of residents feel staff truly listen to them and 100 per cent of residents feel comfortable expressing their feelings without fear of consequence.
