A 13-year-old youth was arrested March 4 and charged with two counts of assault, uttering threats and failing to comply with a peace bond.
It is alleged that on Feb. 28, the youth assaulted and threatened another individual. She was later released to appear in court at a later date.
Domestic mischief
A 47-year-old Cornwall man was charged March 4 with mischief under $5,000 after he allegedly damaged his girlfriend’s property. He was released to appear in court March 31.
Impaired driving
A 54-year-old man from Cornwall is scheduled to appear in court March 26 after he was arrested March 4 for impaired driving.
A 24-year-old Cornwall man was charged with impaired driving after Cornwall Police Service officers responded to a motor vehicle collision March 4. He is to appear in court March 26.
