Did you know that March 25, Gold Wanted will be here at Cornwall Square for one day? Gold Wanted will be in the former Hair Academy near the Sydney Street mall entrance next to the Scotiabank ATM. Gold Wanted will operate from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Get started now looking for any spare gold, silver and collectible items sitting in a drawer gathering dust. Who knows what you will find. You need to know that the Focus Art Association 2026 Spring Art Exhibit opens March 19 on the upper level near the Food Hall in the former Calendar Club store of last Christmas.
Did you know that April 1 is “Interstellar Polka Dot Day”? Cornwall Square will hold its kickoff ceremony at 12:00 noon in front of the Food Hall. Prizes will be given for the creative use of polka dots and costumes. Cornwall Square is hoping to break the Guinness World Record for polka dot events. More news to come; stay tuned.
Half of the Cornwall Square main level centre court will be transformed into the new 2026 “Bunny Garden” over the next week and will officially open March 28 at 11 a.m. when His Majesty “Sir Bunny Rabbit III” will arrive on site to greet his many friends until 4 p.m. There will be an opportunity to have your picture taken with the guest of honour by the garden’s photographer. Sir Bunny Rabbit III will return March 29 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and then again April 4, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
