The Cornwall Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 67-year-old Morris.
He is described at 5’10”, 200 pounds and was last seen wearing blue jeans, bright orange and yellow reflective vest.
He was last seen Friday, April 24, around 10:30 a.m. in the area of 24 Ninth Street East.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the CPS at 613-932-2110.
