Lindsay McDonell is being honoured as Char-Lan District High School’s valedictorian for the graduating class of 2026. During her four years as a student at Char-Lan, Lindsay has achieved great goals both academically and as an athlete representing her high school and Glengarry.
Sean O’Farrell, Head of Student Services at Char-Lan, said Lindsay is, “a quiet leader who you can always call on to get a job done.”
Char-Lan is located in Williamstown, where students have access to an experimental farm, a Geodome for horticulture learning as well as great outdoor sports facilities. The students at Char-Lan have an incredible community spirit, always ready to lend their efforts for fundraising or collecting food for causes and people in need.
Lindsay McDonell will be furthering her studies at Bishop’s University, with a focus on Business. Bishop’s University is in the picturesque Eastern Townships of Quebec and has approximately 2,800 full-time students all on a path to their future endeavours.
