The Sweet & Spooky Trick or Treat Market brought festive family fun to Cornwall Square on Saturday, October 4. Running from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the well-attended event featured more than 27 local vendors offering fall and Halloween-themed goodies-everything from candles and jewelry to hair accessories and potted plants.
Children dressed in costumes were encouraged to trick-or-treat at each booth, where vendors handed out treats and smiles. Among the featured artisans was Mackenzie Woodbridge of Stoneside Pottery, who shared her hand-built and wheel-thrown ceramic creations. “The ghosts are selling very quickly,” said Woodbridge. “People are also loving the mushrooms and other fall-themed items.”
Woodbridge, who works from her home studio in Ingleside, uses a personal kiln and pottery wheel to craft both functional and decorative pieces.
The festive market was rounded out with drinks, slices of pizza, and plenty of local charm, offering families a perfect mix of seasonal shopping and Halloween spirit.
