Students from the SPARTECH Photography Program at École Terre des Jeunes in Alexandria had the opportunity to take part in an educational outing to the Botanical Garden in Montreal. Accompanied by their teachers, Darquise Elie, Véronic Léonard and Stephane Lajoie, they spent the day exploring, observing, and capturing the beauty of nature through their lenses. The students put into practice the skills they’ve learned about natural light, composition, and colour in an environment rich in textures and shades; from vibrant flowers to lush greenhouses, and the stunning autumn landscapes that provided a spectacular setting. The photographs taken during this outing will be featured in a photo exhibition at the school.
