The Cornwall SDG Business Enterprise Centre and Cornwall & Area Chamber of Commerce hosted Bridges to Better Business: Pathways to Growth recently. The annual Small Business Week event welcomed entrepreneurs, professionals, and local leaders for a morning of networking and learning.
Keynote speaker Andrew Patricio, founder of BizLaunch, delivered a message of resilience. “Even though the economy is going through some difficult times, small business owners thrive in these environments,” said Patricio. “This could be a tipping point for growth if we plan and stay focused.”
Workshops followed the keynote. Cristian Urroz shared branding essentials; François Bruyère outlined how to grow through business acquisition; and Nel-Kevin Junior Dubois demonstrated how AI automation can drastically improve client engagement.
“This event gives small business owners a chance to learn from experts and discover new ways to thrive,” said Mireille Lemire of the Business Enterprise Centre.
With a packed agenda and engaged attendees, the event highlighted the vital role small businesses play in building a vibrant local economy.
